Returns & Exchanges
If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your order.
Should you receive an item that is wrong or you did not order, please email us a picture of the item(s) showing the wrong item and its original packaging within 48 hours upon receipt of the order to get a replacement. Original packaging and seal should be intact to qualify for the exchange.
We do not bear responsibility due to NON-RECEIPT or REFUSAL because the product does not suit you.
Note: Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent loss in mail or other mishaps from happening.
We will not be held liable to any mis-routed parcels.

We ensure you get your orders as fast as possible. As soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately processed to be shipped. This means there is only a very small window of time where we can “catch” your order before it is physically picked, packed and set aside for shipping.
This unfortunately means NO changes can be made to your order once it is placed. Please email us at email@example.com as soon as possible with the subject line "Cancellation" and your full name and order number. We’ll let you know what we can do!
Products on sale during promotions and certain promotional items are often not eligible for return. Site-wide promotional sales are not eligible for return/refund. Please check the parameters of the promotion before purchasing.
We do not accept returns on international orders and shipments.
