You can earn points in the following ways:
- Purchasing products from our website - earning rates go up as you move up the tiers
- Leaving reviews - basic reviews earn 10 points, while reviews with photos / videos earn 30 points
Our system automatically calculates your tier based on the total points you've earned for that year - so make sure you're logged in every time you make a purchase on Stellar K!
Points are automatically earned on all purchases made on https://stellarkbeauty.com when you are logged into your member account.
Please note that points are NOT awarded for purchases made outside of https://stellarkbeauty.com or on any other online or offline platforms.
Points earned will be reflected in your account up to 48 hours after your order is shipped.
Log in to My Account, then view your rewards dashboard to view and redeem your rewards.
Your points will remain valid in your account for 12 months. If no points are earned / redeemed within those 12 months, your points will expire. Accordingly, your points expiry date will be extended by 12 months from the date they are last earned / redeemed.
For example:
1. Your points expire on 31 December 2023, but you earn / redeem points on 12 December 2023 - your points will now expire on 12 December 2024.
2. Your points expire on 31 December 2023, but you DO NOT earn / redeem points before 31 December 2023 - your points will expire on 31 December 2024.
No, tiers are calculated based on accumulated points, so redeeming your points will not cause you to go back to the previous tier.
Members have one calendar year to reach a tier level. Once there, you will have up till the end of the next calendar year to enjoy the benefits and earn enough points to maintain your tier status!
For example:
You earn enough points to reach the Idol tier in November 2023. You will enjoy the benefits of the Idol tier for the remainder of 2023 and the entirety of 2024. In 2024, you’ll have to earn enough points to re-qualify for your Idol tier. If you do not, your tier will be recalculated based on the points that you did earn in 2024.

Points cannot be transferred to any other accounts.

No. In February 2024, we enhanced our loyalty program to give you more value and benefits. If you were an existing member of the previous rewards program, you can continue to sign in to your existing account and you will be automatically enrolled in our new program, K-VIP Rewards.
